- Group Rate @ SGD150 per person (5 Pax & Above), Please pay by check for bulk discounts.
The above rates include attendance to the conference, luncheons, refreshments and access to presentation materials for both days. Registrations are only confirmed upon receipt of payment together with full details of delegate/s.

Cancellations and Substitutes
We welcome a substitute delegate to take your place should you not be able to attend at the last minute. However, we regret that there will be no refunds for cancellations and no-shows.
eNets Credit Card refund policy
The customer shall have no right to any refund for payment made for the service once we have started to process the services for the customer. However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund.
Please provide the following details together with your request, unless otherwise stated:
- transaction identification number
- reasons for cancellation or refund
All requests submitted are subject to approval on a case to case basis.

AGDS Pte Ltd, the organiser of Asian Game Developers Summit 2006 reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the conference agenda. While all efforts will be made to ensure presentations and speakers as featured, the substitution of a presentation or speaker may be necessary in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. The organiser rejects responsibility for the acts of their suppliers or for the safety of any participant while in transit to or from this event. The total liability during the precise hours of the event will be limited to a refund of the delegate registration fees.
